Golf Day raises more than £3,000

JenningsMotor Group’s recent golfing event has raised a grand total of £3,345 for TheEmaan Foundation.

The beginning of July saw themotor dealer group, which operates Ford, Ford Direct, Kia, Mazda and SEATbranches, in addition to Harley-Davidson dealerships, and a Subway store,celebrate its 6th consecutive charity golf event at Teesside GolfClub in Stockton.

11 teams, consisting ofmembers of staff from Jennings Motor Group, in addition to business suppliers,spent an enjoyable afternoon on the fairway, which was followed by a meal inthe Clubhouse, where raffles, auctions and a number of presentations took place.

Stuart Beagrie from AdvancedVehicle Leasing managed a hole-in-one, but overall winners were the team from Communicorp,while winner for nearest to the pin and the longest drive, was Mr Robinson fromGlobal Insurance Management.

Nas Khan OBE, founder of TheEmaan Foundation and managing director of Jennings Motor Group, said; “We’redelighted to announce yet another successful fundraising event, which hasraised a significant amount for the charity.

“I would like to thank everyonewho took part and contributed – your support is, as always, greatlyappreciated.”

Current fundraising is to fundthe construction of a new health centre in the Emaan Village, south of Punjabin Pakistan.
